How do I earn CARATS?
If you show the app home screen (while the app is open on your device) when making a purchase at a Daimaru Matsuzakaya store, you will earn CARATS equivalent to 10% of the amount spent (excl. tax). Furthermore, if you "check in" after arriving at the store, you will earn 5 CARATS (limited to once per day per user at each store).
* CARATS are awarded for the purchase price (incl. tax) of certain products and services.
If you register a Daimaru Matsuzakaya point card (for cash purchases) or credit card with the app, you will be awarded CARATS based on past purchases made over the last year.
(CARATS may be awarded if your information as registered in the app matches the customer information registered with the card.)
Thereafter, if you show the App (while open on your device screen) or your card when making a purchase, you will earn CARATS based on your purchase amount.
