I am unable to use the check-in function. What should I do?
Please try the following:
・Authorize the use of location information by the Daimaru Matsuzakaya Mobile App on your device
・Restart your device
・Launch another app that uses location information (such as a map app) and confirm that the location information function is working properly on your device
If you have tried all of these methods and still cannot use the check-in function, please inquire at your nearest Daimaru Matsuzakaya location.
